THE BOOKING CONTRACT: Upon payment of the deposit for the specified hire, you have agreed a contract between yourself and Gondolas on the Swan.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: All one hour cruise bookings are by appointment only. Gondolas on the Swan require a 50% deposit to paid by either cash, cheque or credit card. Your booking cannot be confirmed until Gondolas on the Swan receive your up front deposit and can confirm you’re requested booking date and time for hire.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Gondolas on the Swan requires a minimum of 24 hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling your booking. Important to note that if the 24 Hr notice period is not provided, then the deposit will be lost.
THE WEATHER: Gondolas on the Swan operate in most conditions, except in very strong winds and storms. In the event of such conditions Gondolas on the Swan will endeavour to provide the client with as much notice as possible (in most cases the day before the booking.) The client has the option to reschedule to an alternative date or full refund.
GENERAL PROVISIONS: The hire is a contract between Gondolas on the Swan and the named passenger or passengers representative. It cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to any other person without prior express written consent with Gondolas on the Swan.
LATE ARRIVALS & DISEMBARKATION (a) Failure to make the booking time for commencement of journey. If the passenger misses or runs late for the specified booking time, the Carrier shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages incurred by the passenger as a result thereof.
(b) Unauthorised disembarkation. If the passenger interrupts the cruise and requests to disembark without prior agreement or the written approval or permission of Gondolas on the Swan, the passenger does so at the passenger’s own risk and expense. No refunds will be made in such cases.
LIABILITY: Gondolas on the Swan shall not be liable for loss, death, or delay of, or injury to, any passenger or loss or damage or delay, personal effects or other property, arising from: *acts of God, *perils of the sea, other navigable waters,*collision, *stranding, *fire, *faults or errors of navigation, *breakage or any defect or unseaworthiness in hull, equipment, *fault or neglect of crew, agents, *Any loss or damage caused by delay in, or prevention cruise, *prolongation of the voyage, deviation or stoppage in transit, , *any act, omission, fault or negligence of this or any other passenger, *or any other cause or circumstances, whether or not of the kinds listed here.
